The Director will stay with the project from the start until the finish and will ensure that the OLF ‘Personal Service’ is maintained through out the works.

OLF have completed construction contracts and management services on building projects with clients expenditure ranging from £100,000 to over £10 million. OLF are used by clients wanting excellent building advice and delivery, on large projects and small.
OLF use a bespoke or JCT model of Management Contracting that we have developed over the last 20 years to work specifically for residential clients who want control, flexibility, innovation, exacting standards, transparency and value for money. The majority of the buildings we have completed have been built under this form of procurement. It has never failed to deliver anything but successful projects.

OLF specialises in taking on the principle responsibility for project delivery from a very early stage. OLF are available to negotaite or tender for traditional Lump Sum construction contracts and can be retained to complete fixed price work. OLF provide a comprehensive pre-construction service that can assist and deliver on key project requirements before works start on site. Even with traditional contracting OLF’s management skills can make a real difference in the early stages.

OLF can be retained to complete a Project Management Service without taking on the main building contract. In this role, we use our extensive construction knowledge and management expertise to ensure that the design team and the chosen contractor deliver efficiently and to the highest possible standard.
As a firm of Chartered Surveyors, OLF offers a full Project Management service including contract administration, quantity surveying, feasibility analysis, project programming, cost analysis, consultant appointments and pre-construction management. We take a clients brief, set up lines of communication and responsibility, prepare full tender packages, advise on design and manage the construction works to completion.
OLF Monaco has been set up to provide an exclusive Project Management service for private clients wanting a high level of expertise and control over their international building projects.
‘OLF Maintain’ offers an exclusive special works and maintenance service to all clients. This service runs independently of OLF Construction and provides exclusive management to some of London’s most prestigious homes. The aim of ‘OLF Maintain’ is to give clients peace of mind that their home is being cared for by the right experts at the right time through out the year. As the requirements of each house will be different, an OLF Manager will tailor make an annual programme, arrange special works and organise client’s services as required.
Arranging, co-ordinating, maintaining and servicing household suppliers from basic utilities to complex media and communication systems requires experience and organisation. OLF Maintain can manage all household services and employ strict security measures to ensure that site visits are carried out safely and information is kept private.

OLF has been active in Europe since 2012. OLF Monaco and OLF EU were set up in response to a demand from our existing UK clients for a Project Management service and a well managed building company in Europe.
OLF Monaco is a Project Management Company lead by Mick Barnett, a principle Director of OLF Uk. Mick and his team of managers have extensive experience in the bureacratic systems in the South of France, Monaco, Italy and Spain and are able to help clients navigate their building projects through European systems in a practical, transparent and cost effective way.
OLF Eu is a Building Company based in the South of France that has taken our transparent, flexible, organised, collaborative and cost effective building approach into a market where clients have often found building difficult and expensive.
