The extension and refurbishment of a two storey apartment including a new garden leading onto a large communal garden

OLF were retained on our usual Management Contract by a long standing client to refurbish this new home and to add a new extension over two floors and a new conservatory to the back of the building. Works were carried out with an existing owner occupying the apartment above and consideration and help were worked into the OLF schedules to ensure that the impact of the works on neighbours was limited as much as possible.

The layout of the apartment was radically re-designed by the Architect with the undercroft to the front of the property being waterproofed and fitted out as a new bedroom and bathroom. New finishes and M&E installations were designed through-out and exacting design details were required in all areas.

OLF managed the hard landscaping and associated garden works to the back of the building as conceived by the very great Caspar Gabb.
