Fitzrovia Landmark House
The internal and external restoration of a Grade II Listed Beaux Arts building in London.

Project Details
OLF were retained on a lump sum JCT contract to sensitively return this neglected Listed property into an elegant family residence. This work included the reinstatement of former grandeur, restoring fine detailing and the introduction of complimentary interventions to provide for modern living.
After an extended period of un-occupancy the fabric of the house had fallen into significant disrepair. OLF were tasked with repairing the Portland Stone facades, restoring the windows, restoring the metalwork and stripping back and relaying the existing roofs.
This refurbishment of the interiors aimed at retaining the historic character and layout whilst providing a modern living space to the client’s preferred designs.
