The refurbishment of a Listed Cotswold Farmhouse, adjacent staff cottage and garden.
Project Details
OLF were retained to project manage the full refurbishment of this Listed country house, including the management of the garden works and the refurbishment of an adjacent cottage as staff accomodation.
The house was fitted with new crittal windows to the front façade, new flooring, new bathrooms, new kitchen and new internal finishes through-out. Joinery and panelling were made by the site team and many of the supplies were sourced locally.
OLF worked closely with the client, the Design Team and with local craftsmen and services engineers to produce a very comfortable family home while retaining the inherent charm of this classic cotswold farmhouse.
