Cotswold Farm and Barn Conversion

The full refurbishment of a listed Cotswold Farmhouse and Annex and the construction of 4 new linked buildings and garden.

Project Details

This large construction project involved the demolition of 3 existing farm buildings in accordance with restrictive Planning and Listed Building conditions in order to convert a large threshing barn, dutch barn and cart barn into an extensive private home.

OLF took the approved design drawings and worked closely with the client and a technical Architect to manage and build this house and garden in a cost effective and transparent way. The client took a very strong design lead through the project and relied on OLF as the principle manager and contractor through-out the build.

The extensive structural work, the new sympathetic stonework and the exacting finishes achieved through out have resulted in an exciting and beautiful home. OLF helped design, manage and install the new garden lay-out.
