Chelsea Listed Townhouse
The refurbishment of a semi detached Grade 2 Listed Chelsea town house and garden with new finishes through out.
The total refurbishment of this Grade 2 Listed house presented the challenges that are faced when upgrading a Listed Building to take modern services and immaculate finishes. To achieve the standard of finish required the site foreman worked to the tightest tolerance and ensured that all old and new finishes ran to level.
Other than the kitchen and the library units all the joinery was made on site by the site team, to the client’s design. Much of the stone and finishes were supplied from Italy. The Listed Building Authority permitted the installation of new parquet timber flooring, new fireplaces and new double doors on to the garden.
The house has full Crestron control, lutron lighting and excellent functionality. Every aspect has been finished to the highest possible standard and due to the quality of the installation this standard will be maintained for many years to come.
