The full refurbishment of a six storey terraced house and garden leading onto a communal garden

Project Details

OLF were retained on our usual Management Building contract to work with a Danish Interior Designer to arrange for all local permissions and to provide UK based technical architectural services in order to deliver this home. 

The refurbishment included a comprehensive refit of the entire house and the re-modelling of the garden including the formation of new skylights to the basement below. 

This refurbishment started just before the covid lockdown and at no point was work stopped on site and the project was delivered on time.
